A video of Joe Biden appearing to freeze during a Juneteenth celebration at the White House is going viral, raising more questions about his declining health.
The 81-year-old president was filmed standing completely stiff as those around him clapped and danced to singer Kirk Franklin.
Biden froze and stared blankly into space until he became briefly animated when Philonise Floyd, George Floyd’s brother, put his arm around him.
The two then fist bump after exchanging a few words.

Fox News reported:
Republicans, who have sought to make the president’s advanced age an issue in the 2024 election, were quick to deride the president. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
“Why isn’t Biden moving?” the Republican National Committee’s rapid response account questioned on X.
“Lights are on but no one’s home,” former President Trump’s campaign posted.
“Who said Biden’s got no rhythm?” quipped Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah.
The incident echoed two occasions last year when Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. froze in front of reporters at the Capitol and at an event in Covington, Kentucky. McConnell, who was 81 at the time, later announced he would step down from leadership after the election and would not seek re-election when his current term expires in 2027.
Critics have said Biden can no longer handle the presidency’s responsibilities due to his age.
The Wall Street Journal published a report last week highlighting instances in which Biden demonstrated a lack of clarity in private meetings with members of Congress.
Despite Biden’s glaringly obvious health issues, the White House and Cabinet members pushed back againt these claims.
“Congressional Republicans, foreign leaders, and nonpartisan national-security experts have made clear in their own words that President Biden is a savvy and effective leader who has a deep record of legislative accomplishment,” White House spokesman Andrew Bates said.
“Now, in 2024, House Republicans are making false claims as a political tactic that flatly contradict previous statements made by themselves and their colleagues.”
As we reported earlier this year, Biden’s own Department of Justice’s special counsel called Biden an “elderly man with a poor memory” after concluding his investigation into his mishandling of classified documents,
The frequency of Biden’s missteps is becoming more significant ahead of the 2024 election.
Last month, Biden confused the timing of the COVID-19 pandemic, saying, “And when I was vice president, things were kind of bad during the pandemic, and, what happened was Barack said to me: ‘Go to Detroit — and help fix it.'”
Then there is the problem with Biden confusing dead people with being being alive.
In 2022, Biden called out former Rep. Jackie Walorski during a speech, “Jackie, are you here? Where’s Jackie?” Walorski had died in a car crash the previous month.
In February, Biden told the audience at a rally, “Right after I was elected, I went to a G7 meeting in southern England. And I sat down and said, ‘America is back!’ and Mitterand from Germany — I mean France — looked at me and said, ‘How long you back for?'”
Mitterand was president from 1981 to 1995 and died in 1996.
