President Joe Biden couldn’t help himself on Wednesday after brushing a female reporter’s chest before claiming she had a bug on her.
The interviewer, Stephanie Abrams, asked Biden what he thinks about the “national emergency with respect to climate change.”
Biden then answered, saying, “We’ve already done that.”
During the interview, Biden said to Abrams, “You’ve got a bug on you,” and then leaned over to brush the bug off of the reporter’s chest.

Abrams quickly said, “Thanks, appreciate it,” and moved on with the interview.
“So, you’ve already declared that national emergency?” Abrams said, pressing Biden more.
Biden responded, saying, “Practically speaking, yes.”
Biden can’t help himself!
Despite Biden claiming he would be “more mindful” of respecting personal space, it seems his dementia has caused him to forget.
“[T]he boundaries of protecting personal space have been reset. And I get it. I get it. I hear what they are saying. I understand,” he said in a video posted to Twitter.
