Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has revealed her plans to escape from Hollywood, Los Angeles, due to a multitude of factors affecting her and her family.
While discussing her humanitarian efforts with The Wall Street Journal, Jolie admitted she doesn’t really have…a social life” in Hollywood.
“I realized my closest friends are refugees,” she told The Wall Street Journal.
“Maybe four out of six of the women that I am close to are from war and conflict.”
The actor said her children have had to grow up under the constant gaze of the media due to her fame.
The famous actress added, “they are the closest people to me and my life, and they’re my close friends.”
“We’re seven very different people, which is our strength,” Jolie said.

Jolie said she has been forced to stand back from trips and important moments due to fame and cameras.
“You kind of step out when there’s times you would have liked to have been there,” she told The Wall Street Journal.
She also spoke on living in Los Angeles and the impact of fame.
“They’ve also chosen how they want you,” she said about the general public.
Jolie also said she has been typecast in her personal life, not just her acting career.
“Since I was young, people liked the part of me that’s pretty tough and maybe a bit wild—that’s the part that I think people enjoy,” Jolie told WSJ.
“I’m not the one [who] you want to hear about my pain or my sadness. You know, that’s not entertaining,” she said.
She then revealed her plans to leave Hollywood.
“It’s part of what happened after my divorce. I lost the ability to live and travel as freely. I will move when I can,” she said.
“I grew up in quite a shallow place,” she said.
“Of all the places in the world, Hollywood is not a healthy place.”
“So you seek authenticity.”
Last month, Jolie clashed with her father, Jon Voight, who scolded her for her remarks against Israel, claiming she is ignorant of the truth and insisting there can be no coexistence with Hamas “animals.”
Voight began by expressing his disappointment with his daughter over her condemnation of Israel.
“I’m very disappointed that my daughter, like so many, has no understanding of God’s honor, God’s truths,” he said.
Voight said the current conflict is “about destroying the history of God’s land, the Holy Land, the land of the Jews.”
“This is justice for God’s children of the Holy Land. Israel, the Israeli army, must protect thy soil, thy people. This is war — it’s not going to be what the left thinks — it can’t be civil now,” he said.
