An illegal alien and member of the deadly terrorist group ISIS is roaming freely in the United States after being released into the country by the Biden administration after crossing the border.
Mohammad Kharwin, 48, was released by border officials in 2023. He has since spent an entire year roaming the streets of America.
Kharwin is also on the FBI’s national terrorist watchlist.
NBC News reported he “is a member of Hezb-e-Islami, or HIG, a political and paramilitary organization that the U.S. has designated a terrorist organization.”
According to the National Intelligence, Hezb-e-Islami, or “Party of Islam,” is a “virulently anti-Western insurgent group whose goal is to replace the Western-backed Afghan Government with an Islamic state rooted in sharia.”
The terror suspect was arrested in March but was later released by an immigration judge in the Biden administration’s Department of Justice who was “unaware” of his ties to the terrorist organization.
After paying the $12,000, Kharwin was released and had “no restrictions on his movements” inside the United States.
His release came because officials reportedly “lacked corroborating information” confirming him as a terrorist. However, they won’t disclose what “information” was missing.
Kharwin has since applied for “asylum and work authorization” and has freely flown domestically inside the U.S.
The news comes just under a month after The Daily Fetched reported that border officials captured a Lebanese national who told agents he was a member of the Hezbollah terrorist group planning to make a deadly bomb for an attack on the U.S.
According to a report from The New York Post, Basel Bassel Ebbadi, 22, was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol agents on March 9 near El Paso, Texas.
Ebbadi’s apprehension was designated a “Significant Arrest” due to an unnerving internal Border Patrol document.
The document said:
“El Paso Sector Intelligence Agents assigned to the Tactical Terrorism Response Team (TTRT) interviewed Basel Bassel EBBADI from Lebanon after he made terroristic threats to personnel at the EP Sector Hardened Facility.’
“Post Miranda, Basel Bassel EBBADI claimed membership to a foreign terrorist organization.”
The document added that medical staff was evaluating Ebbadi and asked him what he was doing in the U.S., to which he responded: “I’m going to try to make a bomb.”
Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) responded to the news on X, writing:
“Biden’s open border is an open invitation for Iran-backed terrorists to infiltrate our homeland. This will only get worse until Biden secures the border.”
